Work full day in office would often become tired or even bored. Do not worry, it turns out by doing yoga for fatigue symptoms within 20 minutes it was gone.

As for this latest research results Neha gothe, Ph.D., in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health. He explained that a person who did yoga for 20 minutes can stimulate brain function more than you do jogging with a treadmill at the same time, such as reported Menhealt.

Set of observation depth research 30 respondents who took yoga classes for 20 minutes. Another respondent then took this class treadmill exercise in the same time, and after that they were given tests to measure memory and focus.

Later it was found that respondents who spend 20 minutes practicing breathing meditation and yoga style is significantly faster and more accurate in answering the test. Meanwhile, respondents were sweating because the treadmill does not do any better than respondents who do yoga.

"Why yoga can better improve focus and relieve boredom. This is because the benefits of doing a treadmill to increase brain function takes a long time, compared to the direct benefits that yoga helps improve cognition (understanding) a person," Neha said an author of the research.

Yet do not think that cardio does not give great benefits to the body. The results in Physiology & Behavior explains that a regular bike pedaling can increase levels of a brain protein called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which helps improve the health affects nerve cells and promote the performance of memory.
