Thinnest smartphone in the world ready to be released

Huawei officially announced the birth of its new smartphone, Ascend P6. Has a thickness of only 6.18mm, the company claimed this smartphone is the thinnest cell phone in the world today.

Ascend P6 comes with a 4.7 inch screen using 1280x710 resolution and Gorilla Glass 2 protected features. With a rectangular design, this Huawei smartphone enhanced with chrome trim on each side.

Specifications of the smartphone, cell phone is supported by quad-core 1.5GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage media. In his country - China - Ascend P6 will come with dual-SIM feature, while in the UK changed to dock microSD slot to expand storage up to 32GB. This smartphone is not yet support 4G or NFC, cell phone are only present in 3G connectivity and enhanced battery capacity of 2.000mAh. In the camera sector, Ascend P6 equipped with an 8MP primary camera with Exmor bersensor f/2.0 aperture, BSI, and 4cm macro view as well as a 5MP secondary camera.

Runs on the Android operating system 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Emotion interface, Ascend P6 released to the market starting next July. Even in China, pre-orders have reached two million units.

Huawei Ascend P6 will be priced around 1,999 Chinese Yuan (about $330 or €255). Huawei is expected to introduce its flagship smartphone at a press event in London on June 18.
